You need to ask them to be put on the do not call list. Then it takes up to one week to actually be added to the do not call list.

If they call again and you answer the call you have to start over again. If your answering machine picks up it resets it as well. So in my case I had to unplug my answering machine. I also got calls from "Capital Education" it is the same telemarketing outlet.

Very concerning because there doesn't appear to be an easy way to removed your number from this loop! Good luck

We are on the " do not call " list and continue to receive calls from this outfit , now they call multiple times a day and then hang-up . It is very disturbing to us as my wife is disabled and can't get to the phone.

If you read the other reviews you will find that this boiler room operation is just another attempt to scam you out of your money.

Why can't these sad people get real jobs that are actually productive ? Oh it's easier stealing from unsuspecting people.

Give me a break .....I'm calling the FTC but I don't know if that will help

I have never heard of "Babytoobee" until last week when the phone calls started and haven't stopped since. I don't have kids and don't plan on it.

I'm on the "Do Not Call" list and shouldn't even be receiving calls anyway.

You call me seven days a week, starting at 7:00am up until 9:30pm and the calls don't stop in between. I've reported your name and number to the "Do Not Call" complaint list.

I never plan on doing any business with you and never will, only because of the annoyances you've caused. STOP CALLING MY HOME!!!!!

i wish i had googled it beforehand. this babies to bee is a way for telemarketers to get your info (phone, email) and call to try to sell you stuff.

i knew right away that something was fishy. make sure you tell them NOT TO CALL you OR EMAIL you and to TAKE YOU OFF THEIR LIST. my husband made sure i did that as they are legally obliged to do so if you explicitly state it.

just hoping that i'm not going to have endless calls from other telemarketers now that they 'know i'm pregnant'. so frustrating...

I wanted to let my voice be heard. Yes its a voice of concern and disappointment. I feel that I am not being taken for real when I speak to the individuals who call non-stop to my home in all hours. I understand that calling is all part of the business but its board-line harassment.

I am very upset with this website/company. I do not need to have non-stop phone calls every hour on the hour, every day. This is harassment and I am not excepting this behavior. I want all the phone calls to STOP! I will come to the website when I deem it necessary not have you pressure me.

I am a working mom with many contacts that I have already suggested to visit this site. No I am thinking about resending my effort of support and also letting my family and friends know that way I have been treated by this site.

My husband is getting calls from this place. We have no idea how they got his number at all.

They called us at 8 am this morning on the one day we had to sleep in. I'm reporting them to the do not call registry, we've been on the list for years, they are in violation.

I tried to sign up for coupons through baby to bee from a 'start sampling' email. Start sampling also never offered any free samples, just tried to get you to buy magazines,etc...

But the baby to bee site wanted a bunch of personal information and then when I hit submit, it ended up saying I was not eligible...

Nowhere on the original form did it indicate that you might not be eligible for the coupons.

And then they spam you with Disney Vacations and trying to get you to sign up for online colleges. A waste of time, do not fill out their forms.



They keep calling our home and asking for my daughter who did not visit the web site nor sign up for anything. Also, she is not pregnant and I told them to remove them from her list NOW!!!!!!!


i think that site is really bad the same thing has happend to me, and no we are just mothers, who care for their children, being junk -mailed by companies like babytobee.

I saw that you could get a "free" Bugaboo stroller. Well, you have to fill out at least 2 surveys for other companies (and buy products from them)in order to get your free stroller.

So, I read the terms and agreements for the other products and if you don't like them you have 15 days from the time they send it out to return it or your CARD WILL BE CHARGED. I said "no thanks". Now I'm getting swamped with spam in my email and constant sales call on my cell phone.

There is NOTHING free from Baby to Bee. Not worth the headaches, extra charges on your cell phone and constant spam!!!!!

I thought I was getting a good deal by signing up. Instead I got a email box full of junk mail ranging from online schooling to finding love.

I didn't use any of their coupons and was charged $39 for nothing. They will not refund my money even when haven't used anything from them. They guy that called me was slick I should of said no in the beginning. If you're trying to find deals this website is not the place to find it.

They actually sell your info.

I am really upset with this company because they prey on pregnant women.

I see a lot of complaints, so maybe this will help some of you dealing with this.

I went to their privacy page and wrote a strongly, yet politely, worded reminding them of the Do Not Call List to

By law, they MUST stop contacting you or providing third parties your information - BUT YOU HAVE TO ASK/DEMAND IT, as listed on their website privacy page.

On purpose, I left out my name and phone number and information in my initial email so that they'd have to respond with an address, and a name. Even if it's a fake name, the company has responded and acknowledged your email. Don't just "send and hope". Establish a trail.

Their privacy policy, if you care to quote it, is at the "privacy policy" portion of their website.

I asked them to respond, and they did. I even now have an email address of the person who I spoke to, should I need it for future documentation. I'd post her email here, but instead, I encourage you to write the INFO email and let the customer service people contact you directly.

In fact, they got back to me in less than an hour.

I was responded to by someone with the initials S.L., who very politely requested that I send her my phone number to "remove it from our system". I'm very sure that this will end quick. If not, I'll be back to update my progress.

But instead of complaining on a website - and it's good to do that too! - make sure that you ALSO take action, hold the company accountable, and make it unquestionably clear that you wish to not do business with them or their third party companies. That IS YOUR RIGHT. But it MUST BE EXERCISED BY YOU.

It really torks me off when people call my house and then aren't transparent, or hang up. It's instant suspicion, and is a poor display of a company's ethics (or at best, poor hiring skills), and a surefire guarantee that I will never do business with that company.

EVER. And I tell them that. And also mention that I'll be writing about my experiences on the Internet if things don't change. You'd be surprised at how efficient you can be without ever cursing or using a direct threat. It's quite beautiful.

I started getting a magazine: Siempre Mujer, without subscribing. I called them and asked where they got my information and they said it was shared by BabyToBee company.

They didn't even have my name right anyway.

On their website is no information on how to remove your info from their databases. Thank G-d they don't have my tel number!

To all you people receiving babytobee calls - I urge you to file a complaint with the FTC to get Contact Centers of America shut down (they are the company who basically is Babytobee as that is their sole call purpose) - in trying to find employment, I answered their add on Craigslist - after a 2.5 hr cmptr test, which included typing, geomotry, word asssociatian, etc, I was thinking "gee, I am not going to get this job" - and then they hand you a script. The worse thing is people, they are not only scamming you but their employees as well - when you go in for training they hand you about 30 pages and tell you to just go thru them and initial and sign because the trainer tells you the first hour "will not be paid because all you are doing is filling out employer/employee paperwork" - as no one has time to read these documents as they are initialling and/or signing, we are assuming that we will be retaining these or get copies as in other companies with regard to wages/policies, etc and on break several people state they will file complaint if they do not get paid for the first hour..........wrong - I personally only worked a total of 4 staggered 4 hour shifts, one nite, because they had not bothered to give me an entry card, I could not even enter the building, yet keep in mind, the entry key card they finally gave me, they then failed to de-activate after my

termination the fourth day.

I was hired to start on Jan 31 and was terminated by they claimed by "Babytobee" not Contact Centers of America because "Babytobe wanted me to have 450 in 'sales' points" and they were not the ones terminating me. Ok - then i get my paycheck and it is for 16.76 hours - I call and say what happened to the day of training (8 hr) pay - they say, well you don't gt paid that because you did not work until Feb 14 -- well as it turns out, one of those papers among the 30 others that you never get a copy of states that you will not be paid for the day of training if you resign or are terminated prior to working a full two weeks, and we terminated you on Feb 10 so we are not paying you. I have worked the last few yrs in call centers due to lack of work anywhere else and I thought Nielson Media was bad when they terminated all their mangagers and supervisors when a gentleman from Pakistan bought the company and made them re-apply (about 50 percent of Nielson employees some being there over 20 yrs lost their jobs) but this by far out does them. I had to fight tooth and nail, calling the Wage and Labor Division, and researching the FSLA laws and finally advised their main office in Orlando, that they were, by their actions forcing me to file suit for wrongful termination and liquidaty damages.

After numerous emails back and forth, on the day I was returning their equipment (oh yes, the equipment you need in order to do your job (headset and entry card), you have to pay for yourself - it has yet to be seen if I will get a check or if I will actually get a check for the 8 hours of training (I did make sure I kept the phone recording stating that the Orlando HR received "exception ok" that they would pay me.

When I was hired, their operating hours were from 9am to 11pm - they only offer 4 hr shifts - their were many people struggling and taking this on as a second job that signed up for 6 - 10 and 7-11 shifts - two days later they posted a paper on their sign in sheet (true, there is no official clock that actually proves you were there as a sign in sheet can be altered by management of Contact Centers of America to suit their needs), so all these people were terminated also through no fault of their own.........the list goes on and on and I cannot fathom how many people they have done this to as they just started another ad for employees needed after they just terminated a batch. I personally have made copies of every single page under Contact Centers of America, their sole owner, and all the complaints from the forum and will be sending them to FTC, my congressman, governor and I am even sending to White house who so wants to create employment......let them all see what goes on in Florida which is one of the highest states for unemployment......I am on your side me out by filing formal complaints.

I signed up for Baby To Bee, not really knowing anything about a scam or unusually annoying calls. Immediately after I found out about this I called them and had them cancel my subscription.

The man was compliant, and didn't even ask for my name. Just for the number that I had called from.

I haven't received any calls since, but It has only been a day. Here's hoping that they don't call back.


its a total scam, as a former employee i can say that for sure. they dont even pay their staff which is why it continues as nearly the entire staff rotates in a matter of weeks.

at this time, its all new supervisiors, reception and no HR dept. those people will be gone by valentines no doubt, as will 90% of the staff there now. its bs Dominique, you are wrong, there are 2 sites in florida, orlando and clearwater, and there are also (or atleast were for sometime) home agents based throughout the country.

About a week ago I started getting phone calls from and out of state number, whenever I would answer my phone, I would just hear a beep. These *** calls were happening several times a day, and getting increasingly annoying. I finally called my phone company and found out they were coming from Baby to Bee, which is odd, because 1) I don't have any babies and 2) because I had never been to their website or even heard of this company and 3) I am on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Anyway thank you again, because I, hopefully, am no longer on their calling list!

junk mails in mail can be reported to DMA - Direct Mail Association, you can also request your phone number under Do Not Call Registry. I believe that all complaints should be filed in writing.

I'm sorry but for what it's worth sounds like a scam to me, expecailly since I don't sign up for those offers or websites with 'offers too good to miss' or 'freebies'. Yes I am a bit cynical, but my husband is a computer technician and has seen many virus's come from things like that.

While verifying my info, the caller had a birthdate that wasn't mine yet had an address that I hadn't lived at for over a year and a half.

He said I could still continue, but I opted to decline. He did not give me a hard time, and I appreciate that.

:) I signed up for a few of their services a few months back. I HAVE received a few other phone calls related to my original contact with BabytoBe, but nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. I recieved coupons for free baby from Disney, and a bunch of grocery coupons that i HAVE used! I suppose all in all, I spent a few buck to try out their free trials (I made sure to call the 800 numbers that came with the info to cancel) and I got my few dollars worth.

I even got a free coupon for a beautiul disney diaper bag. Its really cute!! The only thing I do have to mention is that until they finally got me on the phone...they left like 20 msgs. But I was the one who signed up on the website, so I guess I should have expected that!

Oh...I got almost 2 free cases of baby fornula...for free!! that alone was worth the 15 minute conversation and going through their customer offers!

All the employees are from oversea, they fired all from the USA, we all had issues with their business practices and were not going to be taken advantage of. I have no clue how this scam website received my email and cell#, I'm not pregnant nor plan on it any time soon! I had to call them and told them don't call me anymore, they said sorry.

I since have been receiving baby talk magazines, free coupons, free formula, etc in the mail plus a million emails from baby stuff! Now it's been a month and they're call me all over again! I had to call again to tell them don't call me, I'm not prego!

Thanks to a post that I read here, I called them and they told me to call this number for info and/or canceling the thing: 888 347 6835. The nice lady on the phone informed me I still had 10 days on my 14-day trial but I could cancel my account at any time I want, by calling this number.

She also said to me I can check all coupons and offers at - and punch in the info they ask. I didn\'t kno how to fill it in so she helped me as well, and then she sent me an e-mail with all that info in case I forgot it. Probably, like me, you guys could have had the info e-mail sent straight to the junkmail...Anyways.

HI all, I am another unfortunate sould who believed in that cr*p - if anyone found ANY WAY to cancel that thing, PELASE TELL ME HOW YOU DID IT. We so far paid $5 dollars only, but the 14 day will end soon and they will start taking almost $40 dollars/month off my bank account for nothing I can see, because I didnt get anything either on my mais box and I receive over 20 calls/day because of that cr*p. This is my letter of resignation,

I have thought long and hard about the decision that I have made. With regret I am putting in my resignation. ( If you need a two week notice I will honor that.)

I will still enjoy the friendships of the many good people who I have become friends with, ( and realizing the only reason I had not done this sooner was because of the friends, I knew it was the wrong reason to stay at a place that goes against my every moral fiber.)

B2B Does not operate on encouraging, and building people up it operates on degradation and fear and punishment. A company who encourages, and builds people up is a company who is successful in the long run.

When I first started here, I was so proud to work at B2B, we were giving great things out to people who needed them. Giving these things away to people I was able to live up to my contract and my stats were as required.

I came to realize that the point system was being adjusted and altered at every whim of higher ups. That is why many feel the pressure like we do now.

The expectations of agents here are unrealistic. I know I am not the only one who feels this way. I dread signing on to work and some have told me they use to get physically sick just thinking about working.

Many of your best agents know it is true also that is why they decided to become team leaders. Since you still consider them Independent Contractors they are being used for slave labor but they will put up with it rather than to be on the phones.

If the $2000 a week is so attainable all of you would be on the phones.

I challenge each and everyone of you to work 1 month on the phones, same leads, same hours, same expectations then let the agents see your points and stats (not doctored). In the business world they people who really make it are the ones who will not ask others to do what they can or will not.

Things started changing, (I don't mind Change at all), but not when it is not in the best interest of agents and young parents alike It is time to take a good hard look at what we are doing. (Babies is not better than the Obama administration)

So many of us are struggling to get the clubs and do our best. But here lately it seems it isn't enough. I am a grown woman and know when I am trying my very best. Is there days that I am not up to par? Yes, but I think that each and everyone of us can say that. My last qc report pointed out everything that I did wrong, but nothing was said about what I did right except a check mark. As my father who always said, if you have something bad to say to a person, find something good also.

When we have to deceive people into believing that they are going to get free things, then it turns around real quick to where we are required to rebuttal then to death and to have a mind set that they are liars when they say they do not have the money for what we are offering, and if we don't do so we lose our jobs.

No matter if the family really does not have the money or not....not all buyers are liars.

In this economy, so many have lost their jobs and really don't have the money for something that is already on the Internet for free. Baby to BEE club is charging for stuff that is free.

It would be better business to offer them the list or knowledge on how to find these savings them selves for a flat rate.

I would also like everyone working here to produce how many times they have used the (free to agents club) If it is so good and so free we would all be rich by now.

It is also wrong to charge a few days ahead of time and not be able to tell them, or that they would never get their email with the right information on it...isn't is a little strange that everyone who got their emails wouldn't know where or what site to go on?

When I started asking to many question, I was let go in c/s and sent back to being an agent. It will not be long before some Attorney Generals and the Federal Trade Commission will become involved with this company.

I have also notice that the points for all the yes's have been lowered, is that so we won't get the extra pay? That makes it hard for us to achieve the required 1200.

God see us all and knows what we do every min of our lives, and I am accountable for only me. I feel awful for doing what I am doing, deceiving people and I know if I don't change now, that He will change it for me. For so many, myself included needs this job, I am putting my trust in the Lord and He will provide for me.

Hello! I signed up for it and I absolutely cannot find their savings club AT ALL. Ive been browsing their horribly thought out website for forever and I cant even find the site that IM paying to get savings for!

As far as anyone who got charged because they didnt cancel in time: YOU WILL BE BILLED ON THE 14th DAY. its a 14 day trial, not 14 days to cancel. Cancel ASAP.

How long does it take to get the coupons? its been over a week and I havent gotten them. Im wondering why some people got them and some didnt.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!!! I got an email from Best Buy Reward Zone stating that I earned my reward zone gift card which is what Best Buy's memership does and I belong too.

I simply clicked on the page, and it needed my mailing & cell # for confirmation - once again, had all the Best Buy logos - everything. I then clicked the next page, and it began to be ad after ad...I never did submit my information, I canceled the process. The next morning it started, 17 phone calls yesterday...I called the phone number #630-487-5005, and they said it was this Baby To Bee company and that they would take my # off their list. 8:30 this morning it started..15 calls today.

I answered the last call and first the speal was to get these coupons, then it turned into online schooling, then it turned into work at home ***. I must have told the guy that I was not interested 20 times till I got extremely angry and blew up cause he wasn't getting it. His answer was that I couldn't afford $1.97 for the 2 week trial..NO..that wasn't it - A)what kind of company has to advertise through fraudulent emails B)You don't ever give someone credit card information over the phone C)from the info he gave me on the company, they are not registered on BBB. I work for my local PD and I deal with fraud/identity theft cases every day.

This stuff still happens everywhere. DO NOT GIVE YOUR FINANCIAL INFO OVER THE PHONE!!!! It opens the door for bad news. This phone call lasted 45 minutes and before I hung up on the guy, he still was not getting it."oh more free stuff blah blah blah we just need your credit card number"..This definatly felt like high pressure sales to me and made no sense anyhow.

Did you ever hear "if it's too good to be true, it isn't" what kind of company could possibly profit from taking such little money from you and giving you so much?

My thought, they probably sell your information to other companies. Be careful and no matter how good it sounds, do not give your credit/debit info unless you know exactly who you are dealing with.

I too signed up and was livid when I never received link to savings club. I tried to cancel several times via email because phone # is not listed on site but it kept getting returned.

had to go to bank statement to get phone # and was pissed when they would not refund $ that I tried to cancel for 6 weeks. paid $120 for absolutely nothing.

they were really sweet when they first called but not understanding later! :(

I must have asked 30 times if they were absolutely sure nothing would be charged to my card.

I have no way to get in touch with them and I never wanted any of this in the first place!! I just wanted weekly gestational info from my computer!I am BEYOND pissed.

I loved the club and the coupons and decided to keep the program because I can buy $25 gift certificates to restraunts for only $7.50. I don't shop online alot so that doesn't always help but I like to go out to eat. Have not had any problems as of yet.

:) Just wanted to update my post. Contacted baby to bee again, they refunded my money for the charge and finally sent me coupons offers and have extended my trial through next month. It helps to try again i suppose.
:( Same thing happened to me,they talked me into signing up after i said no 4 times, they never sent me the $500 worth of coupons so i have now paid $45 for absolutely nothing but a headache. They tell you you have 14 days to cancel, called on day 14 and was already charged.

Way to 'help out' a mom to be that's already having trouble with money.

I received EVERY OTHER email they sent but somehow i never received anything regarding the baby to bee and beyond savings club. Total waste of time and money, i am very upset.

Baby To Bee in Freeland, Michigan - Wont put on there do not call list


I did not sign up with babytobee. I asked not to call me. They are still calling me.

They call every one it starts at 8 am until 10pm. They are sending me useless emails. Creating spam in my inbox. I called them back the guy that answers does not tell his name at all. He is chewing gum.


One day my daughter answered the phone. They started to the offers with her. I was very upset. I told them she only 11 years old. I am on the do not call registry. They just wont listen to me at all.
